AIM:: Aim of developing the software is to make a change in the present scenario of handwritten prescriptions , discharge letters and other forms of Certificates and letters. With increasing use of digital technology and widespread availability of internet, it has become easy to provide this facility to thousands of doctors and patients worldwide. We hope that extensive use of this software will make a dramatic change in the scenario of documentation in Healthcare .
The OPD part covers all the OPD related information as well as OPD related print outs. The highlight of this software is "the part which concerns the patient or the part which patient is supposed to understand and follow" can be printed in the patient's mother tongue or in a language they will understand. To cover more and more people, in due course of time, we will be including more languages. The OPD also covers basic billing facility.
The IPD part covers complete discharge card facility, IPD billing and other certificates which are needed while discharging the patient.
Informed consent is an operation specific full consent. This is available in English as well as in Hindi and Marathi. These are easy to use, we hope that if informed consents are used, it will help to decrease the misunderstandings between Doctors, Patients and their relatives. They will also help in avoiding medico-legal problems and reduce any unnecessary hassles and criminal actions by various groups.
While registering as medical practitioner , kindly register your clinic, nursing home or hospital first under the hospital category. Then register yourself as a doctor.
In case of a patient, while registering, one can choose the hospital.
While registering first read the instructions and then fill the "fill in boxes". You will have to click the "I agree" box every time to go ahead.
Please use your personal mobile number for registering as a medical practitioner. OTP will be sent to your mobile to complete the registration.
After you complete the registration process, once you log in, please go to your profile and then the letter head section. Complete the "fill in" boxes there. Once you have completed these, you are ready to use the software.
